have been looking around for good italian food for a while
and i think i found it!
at last, i went to the restoran yang sering diperkatakan itu..
you guys must check it out!!
entry: nerovivo pizza
using black olive dough
with anchovies (ala ikan masin) and very fresh scallops
quite big for two tapi habis jugak on the spot!!
(just to prove how delicious it was..  )
main
mine: lamb loin with goat cheese
best lamb so far! 
got an herby taste and a definite must try for lamb lovers
soo chin's: tagliatele with veal and vege ragout
tomato based sauce, quite heavy
veal was just nice..
dessert: creme brulee
a bit too runny for me, i prefer the bakerzin consistency
they didn't tell me it was lemon creme brulee, i like it plain
will try the chocolate flan next time
good value for money
very filling and the menu is ex-ten-sive
ambiance suitable for romantic dining, fren-fren dining, big party, small party..

bbq at muna's in-laws

i love bbqs
especially the ones involving prawns
bbqs are always right and..primal
so when muna and family had one, i just had to go
got lamb, prawns, chicken and sotong
but i concentrated on the lamb and prawns
dan secebis sotong 
when i thot it was over, ada durian pulak lagi!!
heeiiii..so much for no meals before bedtime

no i did not get married
just busy here and there 
thank you for the calls and concern
tak sangka ramai yang mengikuti fp aku nih..heheh 
anyway on to my latest news
my ofis fren lee sheau feng will be registering her marriage next month
so us gals got together for a bachelorette party
i couldn't get a male stripper
so the next best thing was to go on an atv trip in kemensah!
atv stands for all terrain vehicle
(it's the 4-wheel motorbike thing which you see a lot at beaches nowadays)
kak meliza and abang mas are the first to bring `em to our jungles
for those of you who don't know how to ride one
don't worry, they will teach how to do it before the trip starts
surprisingly easy
even for people who are dedicated to automatic transmission (aku le tu)
some basic guide:
throttle button on right handle
gear on left pedal
brakes on both handles
do not brake and throttle at the same time
parking brake on right pedal
whatever happens, don't put your feet down!
(apparently the vehicle is more stable on uneven ground
so putting down your foot/feet will throw the balance)
after doing test drives and figure-eights, the adventure begins!
trail termasuk jalan biasa dan jalan dalam hutan naik bukit 45 degrees
so got deep old tracks, batu2 and mud
it looked impossible in the beginning
but imagine the trail is flat, back straight and relax bebeh!
it was such an adrenaline rush getting all the way up!
after the first hill, there was a flat stretch then a second hill
longer, deeper, more batu2 and muddier (sounds hot.. )
gawd i loved it!
our journey continued to a forest clearing
it was as beautiful as a postcard
the waterfall was clean and cool and whatever you cannot find in kl 
it was soooooo niiiiiiiiiiceeeeeee.....
you must, must, must do this!!
our trip back was equally fun
infact, going downhill is more difficult because you need better control
i'm glad we did it!

nor and bob's wedding

although title entry ini ialah nor and bob's wedding,
the truth is i didn't really get a chance to take their pix
sebab meja kita jauh nun di tepi hujung dewan
nak terpulas tengkuk chek tengok skrin tu
but i assure you they all looked beautiful
nor ni bukan kawin dengan bob tau
they are siblings okay!!
they are muna's in laws aka ichib's next brother and sister
nor got married to irhas putra and bob married noor hany hazrin
so ada double persandingan la malam tu (a first for me - jakun!)
anyway
at meja kita tu
i met up with hanna, tasha, sherry and nadia!!!
fyi nadia is back for good now
and hanna is pregnant
and tasha tengah kerinduan
and it was nice catching with sherry in person
see you guys next time!

but it was damn packed! (membuatkan gue lagi mau pergi)
muna n me came in from a wedding just moments earlier
lepas makan terus tukaq baju
just like de old days kat boarding school!!

chek baru mai dari langkawi la ni
dua minggu chek dok sana
buat kerja kat jalan gunung raya nu
paneh tau!
sampai bintik2 muka chek 
sblm ni kali terkahir chek pi sana masa sekolah rendah
langkawi dah banyak berubah nooo...
kat cenang tu banyak spa yg nampak macam baguih
dan tempat makan sedap pun banyak
tapi chek lagi suka view sawah padi dan kerbau2
org bandar la katakan (jakun!)
lepaih kerja kami sempat sewa basikai, island hopping
pehtu since ada pesta ayaq hari sabtu tu
sempat jugak tengok rehearsal konsert jinbara malam2!!
rasa2nya akan ke sana banyak kali lagi lepas ni
papehal chek update later2 nooooo....

educating rita

last nite i had the golden opportunity
of watching the play educating rita
inclusive of a 4-course dinner
at hilton kl
i wanted to watch this when i first saw the ad
but cancelled my plan after checking out the price
nasib baik ada sue
we got to watch for free!!
somehow the food overpowered the show
but who can resist '7 mushroom soup with porcini and truffles'???
aaaahhhhhhh....hidup freeloaders!!!!
